Dylan Salmons
President and Managing Partner
As President and Managing Partner, Dylan Salmons is responsible for the successful execution of the Contour operating platform. His responsibilities extend across all areas of the firm’s strategic decision-making, including raising capital, evaluating property originations and dispositions, and cultivating partnerships with communities and housing financing partners. As an experienced developer responsible for the creation and preservation of over $1 billion of mixed-income housing communities, Dylan brings a diverse array of professional real estate experience to the firm’s executive team.
Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science of Landscape Architecture from Penn State University and has completed coursework at the University of Pennsylvania’s Weitzman School of Design and Wharton School of Business.
