Contour Housing Partners (Contour) is a housing preservation firm focused on shaping the housing landscape of America through strategic investments in communities of need. With over 100 years of combined experience actively engaged in and leading the company’s multifamily real estate development, asset management and property management, the managing partners of Contour leverage its strategic partnership with Pennrose, a nationally recognized developer of multi-family communities, to acquire, stabilize, and preserve rental communities.
Contour applies the same multifamily real estate experience and techniques realized through Pennrose’s 50-year history creating communities of choice. Our focus is on raising and deploying mission-driven capital towards addressing America’s shortfall in quality affordable housing.
